WELCOME TO CARE FROM HOME

CARE FROM HOME is an organisation registered by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) that provides live in care, homecare or domiciliary care in people’s own homes. We are renowned for flexibility, efficiency and believe in making our clients’ lives that much easier on a daily basis as highlighted by CQC (formerly CSCI) inspection reports.

It is the aim of CARE FROM HOME to deliver a service of personal care and associated domestic needs to meet the needs of dependent clients (“service users”) in their own home environment.

This will be achieved by promoting a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care Practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment.  Our service is client centred which means that all the care delivered is agreed on by the client, family and CARE FROM HOME.

CARE FROM HOME carers undergo Induction Programs before commencement of duties in the community. This includes practical care practice, manual handling and transference, basic food hygiene, and health and safety.

New carers who are police checked prior to starting their duties, are given the opportunity to shadow experienced carers to ensure that our high standards of care expected of us are met. We encourage our carers to enrol on NVQ Level 2 within the first six months of their employment.
